Peak into Veganism
Vegan food, some people believe it’s literally just fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts...well it does contain those food, but it’s not bad as it sounds. Yet those that aren’t vegan claim it would be to hard for them because they love cheese, or meat is just soo good. Understandable since many of us were raise to eat meat and enjoy. Once you realize the dangers of consuming so much protein from an animal can hurt you, but as well with soy. Too much can cause harms, so always limit yourself. As the vegan lifestyle is expanding the food has become more immensely creative, and exceptionally tasty!
Recently I went to the Loving Hunt as small Thai restaurant on the street on Foothill Boulevard passing Campus. Tiny place, but the food makes a huge impact in that tummy!
At the end, the food is great! You feel good after eating all these types of dishes. No more heavy feeling, no more tiredness.
