After 11 years, Chaffey College welcomes back Gary Plunkett as their newest addition to the athletics department.

The fall semester has begun at Chaffey, and while settling into this new environment, students are also experiencing changes in their stress levels, which could lead to problems in their overall mental health.

Kay Peek, director of Chaffey's on campus Student Health Services, gives insight on mental health and the help the center has to offer.
