These Boots are made for Walking

For all my fashionistas out there, it is boot season. This is the time of year when the choice of layering is fun. Fashion brands like Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang and other creative designers are coming out with a new collection of cute boots, jackets and raincoats to keep you warm and cozy for winter.
This time of the year consists of more cold breezes, rain and longer nights. Although the days feel shorter, we need to have the proper attire to stay warm. High fashion collections are expensive and worn mainly by celebrities and people from the entertainment industries.
As a student, shopping for yourself is the best way to relieve stress and it is fun to share your thoughts with what you wear. With many different fashion trends following celebrities, the most important one is femininity, and young students are finding themselves expressing more of their style with colors. The power of fashion has become more of a motivational self-expression.
To feel free as a human/artist and create your own reality. Students go for skater vibes, free-spirit, funky, etc. It reflects their personality. Anything you choose to wear inspires others to create. To be inspired by designers that have made a name for themselves, you find your interests to follow your path. This winter, stay warm, colorful, and most importantly be you. The Chaffey College students in these photographs have found their own style.
